As an experienced and strong negotiator in leadership, you will take on the strategic and operational overall responsibility for the sales organisation of an established industrial and logistics company. You manage the sales budget, purposefully expand market presence, and lead the teams in both field and internal sales to sustainable success. As an active sales personality, you personally look after strategic key accounts and drive innovative sales and marketing strategies forward.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Strategic further development of the sales concept, preparation of budget planning, and management of sales results.
Professional and personnel management of field sales staff as well as the heads of administration and internal sales.
Planning, implementation, and impact control of all digital and traditional marketing activities.
Systematic acquisition of new customers as well as care and expansion of strategically important key accounts.
Negotiation of significant sales, price, and contract agreements including offer and project coordination.
Qualifications
Your competencies:
Completed vocational training with solid business or sales-specific further education.
Several years of demonstrably successful experience in B2B sales and key account management.
Strong leadership experience with target, budget, and result responsibility.
Practical experience in marketing as well as proficient use of CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft 365.
Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
Fluent German skills as well as very good knowledge of English and French.
