For our client in Zurich, we are looking for you as

Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks:

• You run monthly payrolls in Abacus and administratively accompany the entire lifecycle of employees.
  
• You take over the reporting and accounting towards social insurances and tax authorities.
  
• You prepare annual reports, maintain the wage type master data, and perform reconciliation with the financial accounting.
  
• You answer tricky questions about social insurances and wages directly to customers and authorities.
  

• Commercial background with specialised training in payroll.
• Several years of experience with the Abacus system in Swiss payroll processing.
• Confidence in Swiss wage and social insurance law as well as a service-oriented attitude.
