Tasks

• You independently prepare fresh and high-quality meals for our residents, staff and external guests.
• You help design the menus and contribute new ideas.
• You support the kitchen management with administrative tasks as well as in purchasing goods via an electronic procurement platform and take on daily responsibility in their absence.
• You assist in service and have direct contact with our residents and guests in the restaurant.
• You help in the role of trainer and mentor chef in the training of apprentices.

Profile

• Passion for the profession, high quality standards and service orientation
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the care of elderly people
• Completed apprenticeship as a chef EFZ and certificate as a trainer
• Knowledge of age-specific nutrition

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 64,070 to CHF 85,610 (100%) depending on experience.

The Wildbach Health Centre for the Elderly is located in the sought-after Seefeld district in District 8 and offers residents a homely environment with all amenities. All apartments in the renovated health centre offer generous living space and have their own balcony or terrace. Here you will work together with 60 colleagues.
