Municipal Administration Consultant « Resident Control »

Activity Description

The consultant supports clients in the use of computer software. As a member of the user support team, you are responsible for two or three specific applications. In this case, they are intended for the management of municipal administrations, and your main tasks are:

• Advice, support, and training of users
• Functional analysis, then configuration of applications according to client needs
• Participation in product development, testing, documentation

Your profile

• Higher education at HEG/HES level, or a Federal VET Diploma completed within a municipal administration with several years of experience.
• Comfortable with office IT tools and ERP
• Experience in the public sector / resident control office
• Customer service oriented, comfortable in contacts, good presentation
• Analytical and flexible mindset
• Mastery of SQL language is an asset
