Maintenance Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Management of maintenance projects for bogies and running gear in the rail transport sector.
- Planning, coordination and supervision of maintenance measures and servicing work.
- Creation of project plans, budgets and resource planning.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal regulations.
- Interface between internal departments and external service providers.
- Risk management and resolution of technical challenges.
- Reporting to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Technical basic training, further education at HF/FH level is an advantage.
- Several years of professional experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally in rail transport.
- Sound knowledge of project management and project leadership.
- Fluent German and English skills.
- Willingness to travel approx. 35%.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork and assertiveness.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools and project management methods.
