Our client is a company recognised in the field of engineering and technical consultancy. As part of the development of its activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Building Pollutant Assessor to strengthen its team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out diagnostics before work and before demolition on various types of structures.
- Perform identification and sampling related to building pollutants.
- Identify and assess the presence of asbestos, PCBs, PAHs, lead and other regulated substances.
- Conduct field investigations in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
- Write technical reports and ensure clear communication of results.
- Advise clients on issues related to building pollutants.
- Participate in the technical follow-up of projects in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as the quality of services provided.
Candidate Profile
- Technical training in building, environment, civil engineering or equivalent fields.
- Experience in conducting building pollutant diagnostics.
- Experience in diagnostics before work and/or before demolition.
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and investigation methods.
- Proficiency in writing technical reports.
- Good command of common computer tools.
- Driving licence essential.
