Building Pollutant Assessor M/F

• Carry out diagnostics before work and before demolition on various types of structures.
• Perform identification and sampling related to building pollutants.
• Identify and assess the presence of asbestos, PCBs, PAHs, lead and other regulated substances.
• Conduct field investigations in accordance with current regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out diagnostics before work and before demolition on various types of structures.
• Perform identification and sampling related to building pollutants.
• Identify and assess the presence of asbestos, PCBs, PAHs, lead and other regulated substances.
• Conduct field investigations in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
• Write technical reports and ensure clear communication of results.
• Advise clients on issues related to building pollutants.
• Participate in the technical follow-up of projects in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as the quality of services provided.

Candidate Profile

• Technical training in building, environment, civil engineering or equivalent fields.
• Experience in conducting building pollutant diagnostics.
• Experience in diagnostics before work and/or before demolition.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and investigation methods.
• Proficiency in writing technical reports.
• Good command of common computer tools.
• Driving licence essential.
