Responsibilities:
- Responsible for deployment planning throughout Switzerland, for approx. 20 service technicians
- Technical customer advice
- Creating and sending service orders
- General administrative tasks
- Processing enquiries
- Continuous improvement of deployment planning
- Participation in projects
- Quality control
- Monitoring and ensuring deadlines, costs and activities
- Taking measures in case of problems or deviations
Qualifications:
- Commercial or technical training
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Experience in the field of building technology, preferably in refrigeration technology
- Navision knowledge is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent German and English skills
