For our client, a globally active pharmaceutical company based in the Basel area, we are looking for an Analytical Scientist (m/f/d) for its Global R&D unit. The company is known for pioneering work in small molecule development and radioligand therapy, with a strong drive for innovation.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently plan, run, and interpret experiments, ensuring timely delivery of drug substances and products for clinical use
• Draft and review analytical documents such as methods, specifications, validation and stability reports, and batch records
• Act as key contact for internal and external partners, including CROs, and support deviation/OOS investigations
• Spot emerging scientific and GMP challenges early and propose pragmatic solutions
• Take ownership of analytical topics across the project portfolio and represent the team cross-functionally

Your Profile

• Degree in a life science field such as chemistry, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical technology, or equivalent. No PhD.
• At least three years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment
• Solid scientific grounding in chemistry or analytical sciences with flexibility for change
• Hands-on expertise with lab tools, e.g. HPLC, dissolution testing, or Chromeleon
• Fluent English; German is an advantage
