At the service centre in Rothenburg LU, around 70 employees work in the areas of organisation, finance, personnel, infrastructure and maintenance, food & beverage, marketing, decoration as well as IT, living a warm and lively corporate culture.

As a Payroll Administrator 80-100%, you will be part of our 9-person team from December 2026 or by arrangement.

Your day with us:

For your area of responsibility, you will take on

• payroll processing: You ensure correct, timely and efficient payroll processing in ABACUS. You work efficiently with ABACUS and other tools and keep an overview even with complex payroll processes.
• social insurances: As the interface between HR and employees, you are the contact person when it comes to social insurances. From registration, billing to assisting with the year-end closing - your attention to detail ensures everything is correct.
• insurance benefits: You process insurance benefits carefully and promptly so that our employees feel secure.
• monthly evaluations: At the end of the month, you make numbers visible: You assist in creating reports for financial accounting and thus contribute to transparency and well-founded decisions.

What you should bring:

• Commercial qualification or training at a hotel management school
• Specialist further training, e.g. in payroll or as an HR assistant
• Experience in a comparable position, preferably in gastronomy or hospitality
• Independent and precise working style with a high degree of discretion
• Flexible and service-oriented working style combined with great enjoyment of working with numbers and Excel
• Enjoyment of active participation in a dynamic company
• Very good German skills (level C2); in the Remimag family, employees from over 50 nationalities work in multicultural teams - any additional language is a plus.
