ICT System Engineer Hybrid Cloud (m/f/d)

Role:
Long-term customer relationships instead of anonymous tickets: That is exactly what this position is about. As an ICT System Engineer Hybrid Cloud, you accompany a manageable number of SMEs over years and know their systems in detail. You independently implement projects around Microsoft 365 (M365), hybrid infrastructures and modern workplaces, from conception to rollout. Technical depth and understandable advice go hand in hand.
Responsibilities:
You are the technical contact person for a defined customer base and continuously develop their IT landscape.
You carry out migrations from local environments to the cloud, hybrid scenarios and modern workplace projects from A to Z.
Furthermore, you harden systems and raise the security level of the managed infrastructures.
Tricky escalations from operations come to you and find their solution here.
In addition, you maintain close communication with architects, engineering and service operations.
You also translate complex technology into language that users can understand.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience as a system engineer in the Microsoft environment and have led projects.
You are familiar with Azure, including IaaS, PaaS and hybrid connections.
Windows Server with directory services, group policies and file services is part of your daily routine.
In addition, you work confidently with Hyper-V as well as backup and restore concepts.
Firewall, VPN and WLAN do not throw you off, and you have also used Intune.
Moreover, you convince in customer conversations, write confidently in German and read English technical texts effortlessly. Microsoft certifications or MSP experience complete your profile.
