Medical Practice Coordinator (MPK) / Lead MPA 80% (m/f/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth practice operations
- Leading and further developing the MPA team at the location
- Compliance with quality standards and processes
- Participation in the nephrological consultation
- Performing blood draws, infusions, injections, and ECGs
- Responsibility for service recording, billing, and practice pharmacy
- Collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, management team, and external partners
- Cross-centre collaboration and project participation
Professional Competences
- Completed training as MPA EFZ
- Further training as MPK (practice management direction) or experience as lead MPA
- Several years of practical experience
- Initial leadership experience advantageous
- Very good MS Office skills

- Enjoyment of patient contact and leadership tasks
