This is what you can achieve.
- You develop practical standards and training in data and document management and enable users to implement these safely and efficiently in their daily work.
- You are responsible for the setup, further development and maintenance of technical location structures in SAP S/4HANA and ensure a consistent and future-proof asset structure.
- As a bridge builder between specialist concepts of data and document management and their practical implementation in the field, you develop solutions that connect processes and needs, create sustainable added value and advance digital transformation in asset management.
- In collaboration with specialist departments, maintenance and project teams, you provide practical impulses for digital asset management and data quality assurance.
- As a process manager, you support the planning and commissioning of projects and maintenance orders and ensure smooth information and data flow between the involved areas.

- You enjoy empowering people. With your communicative manner, you convey complex content understandably, develop training and accompany users in the introduction of new standards and processes. You convince through initiative while fostering collaboration across departmental boundaries.
- A structured and process-oriented way of working characterises you. You analyse complex contexts confidently, develop standards and anchor them practically in the organisation. You are familiar with SAP S/4HANA, ideally with a focus on maintenance in SAP PM/EAM. Setting up and maintaining technical location structures as well as ensuring high data quality are among your strengths.
- You bring sound knowledge in data and document management as well as a pronounced understanding of the importance of high-quality master data throughout the entire asset lifecycle.
- You have completed vocational training in computer science, engineering, facility management, business administration or a comparable field. Ideally, you have already gained relevant experience in maintenance.
- Very good German skills at least at level C1. French at least at level B1 is an advantage. English skills at least at level B1 facilitate collaboration in digital environments.
