Role:
Good business applications arise where expertise meets technical precision. As a Power Platform Engineer (Copilot Studio & Automation), you combine both and build solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform that truly support everyday work. In direct exchange with clients, you clarify requirements and choose the appropriate solution path. Standard functions take priority for you, and you deliberately apply targeted extensions. This creates scalable architectures that teams can rely on in the long term.
Responsibilities:
In workshops and requirements analyses, you capture customer requirements and translate them into viable solution concepts.
You build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with Power Apps and write application logic in Power Fx.
You design data models, business rules, and role-based access in Microsoft Dataverse.
Additionally, you automate processes with Power Automate, including cloud flows, approval processes, and bots from Copilot Studio.
Furthermore, you connect solutions with Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external systems via custom connectors, REST APIs, and Azure services.
You are also responsible for environments, solutions, and deployments, systematically troubleshoot errors, and promote best practices.
Qualifications:
You have at least 3 years of development experience with Microsoft’s low-code platform.
You routinely implement complex apps of both types, sophisticated workflows, and nested formula logic.
Data modelling and permission concepts in Dataverse are familiar territory for you.
You have practical experience with environments, solutions, and application lifecycle management (ALM) and confidently assess solutions regarding performance and security.
Ideally, you have already worked with Azure, custom connectors, or bot technologies. A relevant Microsoft certification is a plus.
Additionally, you impress with analytical thinking and enjoyment of customer contact. You argue confidently in German and handle English-speaking meetings effortlessly.
Benefits:
- Home office
- Experienced and dynamic team
- Interesting and varied tasks/projects
- Flat hierarchies
- Flexible working hours
- Open corporate culture
- Comfortable office with modern infrastructure
- Coaching and mentoring
- Attractive pension and insurance benefits
- Participation in or provision of company car
