Ensuring 24/7 availability and performance of container-based platforms
Collaboration with the operations team to define technical processes
Automation of recurring processes
Monitoring and maintenance of OpenShift and Azure Kubernetes environments
Operational support and conducting root cause analyses
Qualifications:
Experience in support monitoring and analysis of relevant metrics
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python
Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Knowledge in Kubernetes routing and load balancing (e.g. Nginx)
Confident handling of Linux systems
Good German and English skills
