Digital Workplace Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
You carry the end-to-end responsibility for workplace projects and accompany modern workplace environments from the idea to stable operation. You manage existing infrastructures, further develop them, and seamlessly integrate VDI technologies such as Citrix or Horizon into existing environments. You are responsible for identity and access management, analyse logs and reports, and thus keep an eye on the state of the environment. With structured change and release management, you ensure controlled processes and guarantee transparency through clean documentation.
Responsibilities:
You take on end-to-end responsibility for workplace projects and further develop existing infrastructures
You integrate Citrix or Horizon solutions into existing environments
You are responsible for identity and access management and analyse logs and reports
You reliably migrate and manage workplace infrastructures
Additionally, you ensure clean documentation as well as structured change and release management
Qualifications:
You have completed vocational training in IT and have several years of professional experience
You bring several years of very good experience with SCCM, Citrix or Horizon including practical implementation
You possess solid knowledge in software distribution, configuration management and patch management; Intune knowledge is an advantage
You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner
You enjoy workplace technologies and their continuous development
