For our client, an institution active in healthcare and training in the Lausanne region, we are looking for a 100% accounting assistant. You will join a department that has evolved its practices through digitalisation, within the framework of a permanent contract with a desired start date in early December 2026.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You will handle supplier and customer invoices and entries, in compliance with accounting standards.
• You will record cash movements and verify the accuracy of bank balances and cash registers.
• You will ensure deadlines and internal controls are respected during payments and reimbursements.
• You will monitor fixed assets as well as operations related to paid ancillary activities and retrocessions.
• You will manage mail processing and support the daily organisation of the accounting department.
• You will participate in the development of procedures to improve the team’s practices.

You offer your new employer

• You hold a commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or an equivalent qualification.
• Your experience allows you to manage routine accounting independently.
• You have an excellent command of French and are comfortable with Excel.
• You learn new software easily.
