Design, implementation, and integration of modern network and security infrastructures at customers
Assuming technical project management as well as planning and coordination of network projects
Conducting troubleshooting and fault analyses in the area of Sophos and Fortinet
Support in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as sustainable resolution of complex network and security issues
Advising customers and internal teams on the technical design and further development of network and security solutions
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with continuous further education in the field of network and IT security
Several years of professional experience in network engineering, ideally at an IT service provider or managed service provider
Very good knowledge of routing & switching, VLAN and TCP/IP as well as practical experience with Cisco, Sophos and Fortinet
Knowledge of VMware and Windows Server is an advantage
Confident German language skills as well as good English skills and an independent, customer-oriented working style
