Responsibilities:
You develop, operate and optimise our ERP system MS Dynamics NAV 2018 including interfaces.
In this role, you manage change, release and incident management for the ERP environment.
You work closely and in partnership with business analysts and our NAV service provider.
As a Software Developer Dynamics-NAV, you ensure clear and binding communication between IT and specialist departments.
You provide rapid support in the 1st and 2nd level areas.
In this role, you take responsibility in the IT on-call service and contribute to the high availability of the systems.
Qualifications:
- You have completed IT training and understand economic contexts.
- NAV is your familiar environment in which you program and configure confidently.
- You work routinely with SQL databases and ideally have experience in omnichannel retail.
- Solution-oriented thinking and a pronounced hands-on mentality characterise you.
- You want to take responsibility and actively contribute to the further development of processes.
