Construction Machinery Operator (m/f/d) 100%

For our client, an established and traditional Swiss company in the fields of demolition, excavation, specialised civil engineering, and material transport, we are looking for experienced, responsible, and motivated construction machinery operators (100% / m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Precise execution of excavation, material removal, and general earthworks
• Controlled demolition, internal dismantling, and proper sorting of demolition materials
• Support with excavation safety, slope stabilisation, utility and surrounding works
• Daily functional checks, cleaning, and simple maintenance work on the assigned machines
• Professional operation of wheeled and tracked excavators (1.5 to 40 tonnes) as well as other construction machinery

• Several years of experience as a construction machinery operator / machinist on excavators of various sizes
• Category B driving licence mandatory (Category C / CE advantageous)
• Construction machinery certificate / M1–M7 course confirmation advantageous
• Independent, precise, solution-oriented, and with a high awareness of safety and quality
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form for smooth communication on site
