You know construction sites. Step to the other side: advise contractors and plaster-painters on façade, insulation and concrete solutions in the Geneva region.

A recognised player in the production of building materials in Switzerland, our client develops solutions for façades, thermal insulation, interior and exterior coatings as well as concrete. Their approach is based on sustainable partnerships with clients and quality technical support. To strengthen their sales team, they are recruiting a Technical Advisor for the Geneva - La Côte region.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You are the technical point of contact for around 300 professional building clients
• You guide your clients towards suitable products and support them in their application, particularly in façade insulation, coatings and concrete
• You prepare your offers, negotiate them and follow up until the order is placed
• You regularly visit construction sites to monitor project progress
• You develop your turnover by prospecting new clients
• You conduct product presentations and participate in trade fairs and industry events
• You develop tailor-made solutions with your clients, on site

You offer your new employer

• Basic vocational training (CFC) in construction, ideally in plastering-painting; masonry
• Commercial experience in external sales in French-speaking Switzerland
• Comfortable with demanding clients, you know how to remain calm and persuasive
• Initiative, autonomy and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in French; ideally you live in the La Côte–Geneva region
