Role:

In this role, as Senior Manager Group Finance, you take on a broad mandate with direct access to the CFO level and benefit from short decision-making paths. Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the accounting and financial statements of four Swiss companies, including taxes and cash management
• In this role, you ensure a reliable closing calendar and coordinate external audits as the main contact person
• As Senior Manager Group Finance, you manage the REKOLE-compliant cost accounting and regulatory reporting to authorities and insurers
• You oversee the revenue cycle including accounts receivable management, dunning, and international self-payers
• In this role, you act as a finance business partner for clinic management, cost centre managers, and group functions
• As Senior Manager Group Finance, you lead and develop your accounting team and drive system harmonisation, automation, and internal controls

Qualifications:

• Do you have a solid education in finance and accounting (e.g. Swiss professional certificate, diploma in finance and accounting, expert in accounting and controlling, CPA, ACCA, tax advisor, or relevant university degree)?
• Do you have several years of practical responsibility for Swiss statutory accounts under the Code of Obligations, including annual financial statements, audits, and VAT?
• Do you ideally have experience in the Swiss healthcare or clinic sector, especially REKOLE, ITAR_K, insurer billing, and statutory health statistics?
• Have you already led a small accounting team and are you also ready to continue working operationally?
• Are you proficient in Excel at an advanced level and ideally experienced with Abacus as well as a clinic information or ERP system?
• Do you communicate fluently in German and English, both orally and in writing, and work in a structured, pragmatic, discreet, and empathetic manner in a clinical environment?
