In the ART Analytics & Datahub, you work closely with the business to specifically improve punctuality and build a data foundation that advances the automation of core processes. What you can achieve.

• As a Release Train Engineer, you shape the prerequisites for a high-performing Agile Release Train together with the Product Manager and System Architect and promote effective, interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Together with the Scrum Masters, you set clear organisational and procedural frameworks and drive the further development of the organisation.
• You are responsible for planning and conducting the ART events and processes according to SAFe and align these with the requirements of safety-critical railway systems.
• Through proactive workforce and financial management, you ensure the availability of the right skills together with suppliers and partners.
• With a systemic view, you recognise connections, dependencies and bottlenecks in complex system and organisational landscapes and initiate sustainable improvements.
• With moderation, conflict resolution and transparent communication, you support teams across team and departmental boundaries and strengthen a culture of trust, diversity, self-organisation and continuous improvement.

What you bring with you.

• You are characterised by an independent, pragmatic and responsible working style and, as a technical leader, you support and promote individual development as well as a culture of continuous improvement.
• You bring experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer in agile product development in a technically, professionally and socially complex environment, including practical experience in large group moderation.
• You effectively apply very good knowledge of agile roles, responsibilities, principles and methods according to SAFe and support and moderate the relevant events; you are proficient in working with Jira, Miro, Microsoft Teams and Confluence.
• You have a tertiary degree in computer science or economics at FH, university or ETH level or an equivalent qualification; you communicate confidently in German at least at level C1 and in English at least at level B2, and industry knowledge in the railway context is an advantage.
