Your tasks:

• Holistic care: You ensure needs-oriented basic and treatment care that builds on the resources of the patients – adapting flexibly to the processes of the respective assignment facility.
• Medical technology & intervention: You perform medical-technical procedures precisely, safely, and according to current expert standards, even in new work environments for you.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: As a competent professional, you integrate seamlessly into the existing team, support it during bottlenecks, and actively contribute to high-quality nursing care.
• Nursing process management: You are responsible for clean, complete, and electronic nursing documentation to ensure therapeutic measures and continuity are maintained at all times.

Your profile:

• Solid qualification: You hold a diploma as a qualified nurse HF or FH.
• Temporary experience & openness: You appreciate change, quickly find your way in unfamiliar facilities and care systems, and ideally already have practical experience in temporary assignments.
• Heart and attitude: You approach patients and new teams with empathy, high professionalism, and a respectful attitude.
• Flexibility & resilience: You adapt effortlessly to new structures, keep an overview even in hectic moments, and learn quickly.
