Your mission:

• Ensure compliance with quality criteria across the entire sector
• Guarantee the application of the control methodology and the consistency of the reference framework
• Act as a liaison between the sector and the quality technician by reporting information in case of incidents or non-compliant products
• Ensure adherence to control methods and tools through the conduct of workstation and part audits
• Participate in the validation of the aesthetic criteria of produced parts
• Analyse, interpret and update quality indicators
• Produce weekly reports and play a cross-functional role in facilitating quality meetings
• Ensure the maintenance of the required level for each controller by providing necessary training and support
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality

Your profile:

• Proven experience in the field of quality
• Skills in training and supporting employees
• Minimum 2 years of professional practice in the mechanical or micromechanical sector, knowledge of watchmaking is an asset
• Expertise in aesthetic control and mastery of basic quality tools
• Good visual acuity and knowledge of reading plans
• Strong command of IT tools and ease in data compilation
• Good communication skills, ease in facilitation and decision-making ability
