Your mission:

• Enthusiastic advice to customers in selecting the perfect smartphone and accessories
• Receiving and handling customer concerns and complaints
• Careful checking of orders and deliveries
• Attractive presentation of products in the shop

• Completed training (EFZ/EBA) in retail/sales optional
• Service-oriented with enjoyment of customer contact and sales
• (CH) German as mother tongue and good English skills
• Friendly appearance with impeccable reputation
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products
