What you achieve
- As a hub in the Fraud Prevention team, you ensure that administrative processes around cases run smoothly - from case allocation through changes to deadline monitoring.
- You maintain statistics, analyse key figures and prepare relevant data for internal evaluations and reporting.
- You organise meetings, events and training sessions.
- You identify potential for optimisation and digitalisation of processes and contribute your affinity for AI-supported tools.
- The team is organisationally based in Lucerne. At the same time, you benefit from the possibility to arrange your workplace flexibly.
What you bring
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent/higher qualification.
- Your flair for numbers and analytical thinking is advantageously complemented by sound knowledge of UVG/ATSG.
- You bring language skills in German or French (native level) as well as good knowledge of the other language (at least level B2).
- An exact way of working as well as a high organisational ability characterise you.
- A high level of service competence and independent thinking and acting are a matter of course for you.
- You are IT-savvy and open to further developments in the digital environment.
