MES Business Analyst (M/F) - Geneva - Permanent Contract

Experis, the leading IT recruitment company in Switzerland, supports a renowned industrial player based in Geneva. To strengthen its Information Systems division, our client is looking for a MES Business Analyst to take charge of the functional aspects of projects and the maintenance of production processes.

Your responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and clarify the needs of users and production business units
• Translate these needs into suitable functional solutions and clear requirements for technical teams
• Act as the interface between business users, the Product Owner and development teams
• Contribute to the evolution, maintenance and proper functioning of production applications
• Prepare and manage functional tests and user acceptance testing, and support deployments
• Ensure functional maintenance and contribute to resolving level 2 and 3 incidents
• Participate in support, evolution and implementation of MES solutions

Your profile

• University or HES degree in business IT, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment
• Experience in implementing, evolving or supporting an MES system; knowledge of DELMIA Apriso is a significant asset
• Proficiency in functional testing, user acceptance testing and application support
• Familiarity with an Agile environment
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, rigour and sense of priorities
• Autonomy, initiative and solution-oriented mindset
• Good interpersonal skills and enjoyment of working with multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites
• Excellent command of French; English is a plus
