In this newly created strategic staff position directly at executive management, you will shape the AI future of an established Swiss company. You will further develop the company-wide AI strategy and landscape, identify new potentials, and ensure that AI is sustainably anchored in the company. In doing so, you connect strategy, technology, and people and have plenty of scope for creativity.
Responsibilities:
You develop the company-wide AI strategy and AI landscape and drive its implementation forward.
You identify and realise AI and automation potentials across various departments.
You support the organisation in the AI transformation, further develop employees, and create acceptance for new technologies.
You bring together topics such as AI, Microsoft Copilot, data, automation, data protection, and information security.
You report directly to executive management and will prospectively build an AI team.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in AI, digitalisation, transformation, or comparable strategic roles.
Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and strong determination to implement.
Good technical understanding of AI, automation, and data.
Very strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to inspire different stakeholders.
Seniority and entrepreneurial thinking to sustainably drive a company-wide AI transformation.
