Job Description
- Maintaining the accounting for around fifteen companies up to closing (execution and control of routine accounting operations, preparation of VAT returns, intercompany analytical and financial recharging)
- Managing creditors and invoice control
- Preparing the necessary elements for tax declarations
- Preparing real estate gains declarations
- Preparing documents and accounting elements necessary for credit applications and bank financing
- Controlling and monitoring accounts of various condominium owners' associations
Profile Sought
- Holder of a commercial and/or accounting qualification
- At least 5 years of experience as an accountant (fiduciary, construction, real estate)
- Strong ability to visualise accounting entries in a multi-company management context
- Autonomy, precision, reliability and discretion
