Internal Sales Clerk Industry (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for commercial customer support and the operational handling of industrial orders. You coordinate internal processes and take over order management for a fixed customer portfolio.
Responsibilities:
You coordinate customer orders and ensure correct processing in the ERP system
Creation of sales analyses to evaluate offer and customer development
You clarify technical and commercial requirements with the responsible specialist departments
Monitoring delivery planning and coordinating in case of schedule deviations
You handle customer complaints, returns, and commercial corrections
Independent support of existing business customers in daily operations
You support export processing and check relevant order specifications
Maintenance of customer data and sales-relevant information in internal systems
Qualifications:
You have a technical apprenticeship with commercial further training
Several years of experience in industrial order processing or internal sales
You are confident in using ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office
Knowledge of international goods traffic and export administration is an advantage
Very good German and English skills, French skills are welcome
Further training in sales or business administration is an advantage
You work independently, precisely, and have a structured work organisation
