In this role, you maintain an overview in complex, hybrid operating environments, steer the further development of the platform, and set priorities with regard to benefit, quality, and security. You are responsible for coordinating various bilingual stakeholder groups and accompany cloud migrations to actively shape the transformation of the infrastructure. In doing so, you identify optimisation potentials, pragmatically drive improvements forward, and work at the interface between technology, organisation, and strategy. With your extensive expertise on the Microsoft platform and your organisational skills, you ensure structured prioritisation, coordination, and meaningful reporting. Thanks to your audience-appropriate, goal-oriented communication, you ensure that requirements are understood, decisions are made on a sound basis, and stable ICT operations are guaranteed.
Responsibilities:
Management and further development of a hybrid IT platform with a focus on stable, secure, and future-proof operation
Coordination of technical and organisational requirements as well as prioritisation of measures based on business benefit, quality, and security
Support of cloud transformations and infrastructure changes as well as active shaping of the future Microsoft system landscape
Identification of optimisation potentials and implementation of sustainable improvements at the interface between technology, operations, and organisation
Qualifications:
Higher education in computer science, system engineering, or a comparable qualification recognised in Switzerland
Solid expertise in the Microsoft technology environment and good understanding of modern hybrid infrastructure and cloud architectures
Strong skills in planning, prioritisation, coordination, and reporting as well as confidence in dealing with different stakeholder groups
Communicative and service-oriented personality with a structured approach and interest in a demanding public service environment
