What you can shape

• You coordinate orders in the areas of dispatch, meter installation, and fault handling around smart meters in projects or classic case management.

• You analyse energy measurement faults, initiate appropriate solutions, and accompany cases until successful completion.

• Together with the team, you ensure optimal deployment planning of our technicians.

• You identify automation and digitalisation potentials and contribute your ideas to cross-departmental projects.

• You actively participate in shaping automation and digitalisation projects from the specialist department in collaboration with IT and drive them forward.

• You support internal and external stakeholders by phone and in writing with your professional advice.

What sets you apart

• You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification with technical understanding.

• High interest and ability to drive and implement automation and digitalisation projects.

• You work independently, team-oriented, and promote a trusting collaboration.

• You communicate clearly and kindly with different stakeholders.

• You are confident with MS Office; ideally, you already have experience with SAP.

• Ideally, you are familiar with metering or have basic electrical engineering knowledge.

• You are open to new topics and enjoy developing yourself further.
