Software Development Data Analysis (m/f/d)

- You develop and implement data analytics solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
- In this role, you maintain and optimise ELT pipelines, data lakes and Power BI reports for efficient data preparation and visualisation.
- You ensure a reliable data foundation by focusing on data quality and the protection of sensitive information.
- As a software developer in data analysis, you coordinate solutions in reviews with stakeholders and adapt them to the needs of the specialist departments.
- You develop and optimise data models and reports and support end users through support and training.
- In this role, you evaluate new technologies and actively contribute to the further development of the data analytics system architecture and processes.
Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science or a comparable field and at least 3 years of experience as a data analyst, data engineer or data scientist; alternatively, you have a technical vocational training with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- You have practical experience with modern data platforms, (T-)SQL, data pipelines and data lake structures and are proficient in ELT processes, data modelling and report development.
- You communicate very confidently in German, both spoken and written (at least level C1) and have good English skills (level B2).
- You analyse complex processes in a structured way, think in networks and can translate stakeholder requirements purposefully into data solutions.
- You work independently, carefully and take responsibility for your tasks.
- You find pragmatic, customer-oriented solutions and always keep practical feasibility in mind.
