Role:
You analyse, design, implement and document complex virtual and physical server as well as cloud projects and develop sophisticated IT solutions from A to Z. In this versatile position, you develop your customers’ IT strategically and organisationally as a key account manager and act as a trusted technical partner. You plan your tasks and their implementation independently and with plenty of freedom - ideal if you like taking responsibility and contributing your own ideas. You move confidently between virtualisation, cloud services and modern security technologies and find creative, individual solutions.
Responsibilities:
You analyse, design, implement and document complex virtual and physical server as well as cloud projects
You develop your customers’ IT strategically and organisationally as a key account manager
You plan your tasks and their implementation independently and with great freedom
You act as a technical sparring partner and accompany your customers long-term
Additionally, you develop innovative, individual solutions instead of standard approaches and actively share your knowledge within the team
Qualifications:
You have experience in system engineering and are confident with ESXi, Entra ID, PowerShell, Intune and Microsoft Defender
You are communicative, enjoy customer contact and remain calm, friendly and professional even in hectic moments
You are creative, seek individual solutions and are enthusiastic about innovative approaches
You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and values social exchange
You work independently, in a structured manner and with a high degree of personal responsibility
You enjoy continuously developing your technological skills
