SAP Key User Support

Tasks

• Central contact person for our internal service staff
• Support for all matters related to SAP CS as well as other ERP and application systems
• Support for service technicians
• Responsibility for the training and further education of employees in handling SAP CS and other ERP or application systems
• Participation in various projects for system expansion
• Ensuring smooth processes through tasks such as invoice printing, checking service invoices, and processing error logs
• Preparing data from SAP CS, QlikView or QlikSense, analysing it and optimising processes
• On site to promote exchange and provide training and experience sharing

Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in a commercial or technical environment
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Experience in project environments and user support
• Experience with ERP systems is required
• Knowledge of the SAP CS module or another SAP module
• Quick comprehension and a structured as well as interconnected way of thinking with an eye for the big picture
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel once a month within Switzerland
