Your tasks – our position
- Varied activities in the nephrology outpatient clinic and dialysis
- Close collaboration with the medical team and MPAs
- Continuous improvement of processes
- Organisation of the outpatient clinic
- Correspondence with patients
- Welcoming patients
- Reporting and dictations, file management and completion
- Regular working hours without weekends (Friday full day, Mon-Thu flexible and by arrangement)
Your skills – our requirements
- Completed training as a medical secretary, professional experience
- Independent working style and resilience
- Friendly manner, customer-oriented and responsible personality
- Team player and flexible
- Enjoyment of the profession and willingness to provide service
- Good spoken German and French skills as well as good written German skills. Ability to conduct simple written correspondence in French
- Good knowledge of medical terminology
