Business Developer Digitalisation & Processes 100 % As a Business Developer, you help shape the digital future of the Road Traffic Office. You connect processes, technology, data and people. You identify optimisation potentials, develop innovatively
This is what you will do with us:
- You lead digital transformation projects and participate in other projects.
- You analyse, optimise and digitalise business processes.
- You gather requirements and develop concepts, workflows and digital services.
- You evaluate new technologies, systems and automation possibilities.
- You manage specialist applications, the canton’s websites as well as SharePoint and work closely with IT support and the relevant specialist departments.
This is what convinces us:
- You have a qualification at university of applied sciences level or equivalent in computer science (business informatics, digital business or related fields)
- You bring several years of experience in digitalisation, process or project management and are very familiar with low-code platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate or Flowable) and MS 365 applications.
- You impress with strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a good understanding of IT-supported business processes.
- You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner and reliably bring ideas to implementation.

Your working environment
The Department of Economic Affairs and Home Affairs fulfils important tasks in policing, law enforcement, penal system, migration and integration, municipal supervision and the economy with its ten divisions and over 2,400 employees. The General Secretariat provides central services for the department and is the interface to the overall administration.
