Role:
As a Service Technician Heating Systems, you are responsible for the commissioning, maintenance and fault rectification of modern oil, gas and bivalence systems. In your regional area of operation, you independently support customers and apply your technical know-how in a solution-oriented manner - with direct impact on comfort, efficiency and sustainability in building operations.
Responsibilities:
Professional commissioning of oil and gas heating systems
Carrying out preventive maintenance work as well as on-demand tasks in the assigned service area
Analysis and resolution of technical faults on modern gas heating systems
Technical responsibility for bivalence systems (combination of fossil and renewable energies)
Customer advice on efficient use and optimal adjustment of heating systems
Coordination and collaboration with installation companies, sales and service teams
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) as a heating installer, sanitary installer, electrical installer or in a related electrotechnical field (e.g. automotive mechatronics technician)
Ideally professional experience as a service technician in the field of heating or building technology
High personal responsibility as well as several years of practical experience
Willingness to further training in the field of renewable and hybrid heating systems
Structured, solution-oriented working method with pronounced quality awareness
Customer-oriented manner and communication skills
