The Culture & Integration service of the City of Prilly is responsible for proposing and developing a cultural policy representative of the population's diversity with the aim of creating connections, fostering a sense of belonging, and reducing sociocultural disparities. Public diversity and broad participation in cultural life are fundamental challenges for cohesion within society.

What will you actually do?
- Contribute to the construction and development of the municipal integration policy
- Participate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of projects promoting integration and social cohesion
- Collaborate with municipal services, institutional partners, and local associative networks
- Participate in networking integration actors and developing collaborations
- Analyse needs, prepare work, and contribute to reflections related to integration challenges at the local level
- Gain practical insight into the functioning of a municipal administration and the mechanisms of local public action.
Your profile:
- Be a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in public policy and management, humanities or political sciences, or another discipline relevant to the position
- Good writing skills, analytical and synthesis abilities
- Listening skills, communication, and interpersonal ease
- Autonomy and teamwork
- Organisational skills, versatility, and flexibility
- Knowledge of German, English, and migration languages is an asset
