About the job
At the Endoscopy Centre, we perform diagnostic examinations as well as complex interventional procedures for both outpatient and inpatient patients. We are currently developing a new care model for this versatile and dynamic environment. For this, we are looking for dedicated MPAs who enjoy coordinating organisational processes, further developing existing procedures, and actively shaping new structures.

Your Tasks
- You coordinate patient information for diagnostic and interventional examinations and procedures in close collaboration with the medical service
- You ensure that patients receive the necessary information before planned examinations and procedures
- You coordinate appointments and workflows with various internal interfaces, for example, for procedures involving anaesthesia
- You are the central contact person for internal professional groups, patients, and referrers regarding organisational questions about planned examinations and procedures
- You actively participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new processes
- You contribute your ideas and experience and support us in continuously further developing the new care model
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) and have professional experience in an acute hospital or a larger practice
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and keep an overview even with several tasks running in parallel
- You have a strong talent for organisation and enjoy coordinating different requirements and interfaces
- You are committed, proactive, and open to change
- You enjoy helping to develop new structures and processes and taking responsibility for their implementation
- You communicate confidently and appreciatively with patients, referrers, and various professional groups
- Teamwork is important to you, and you value interprofessional exchange
