Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Ensuring timely and reliable processing of insurance returns in the outpatient sector
• Contact person for technical fundamental questions and more complex service issues
• Active, oral and written collaboration with internal departments, clinics, insurance companies, patients and authorities
• Telephone advice to patients about the financial consequences of hospital visits
• Processing cost approvals and calculating cost advances

What You Bring to This Position

• Commercial basic training or medical basic training with further education in the commercial field
• Sound and several years of professional experience in healthcare, preferably hospital or health insurance
• Quick comprehension, independent working style and networked thinking
• Open and customer-oriented personality
