• You lead the fire protection department team professionally and organisationally to success

• You actively pitch in and are in the thick of things rather than just observing

• You ensure that productivity, quality and deadlines work perfectly together

• You keep an eye on material usage and yield and continuously optimise

• You plan proactively and ensure smooth, high-quality production processes

• You are the interface to order preparation and other teams - so that everything runs like clockwork

• You take care of maintenance and servicing of the equipment

• You identify potential improvements and actively drive further development

• You build a reliable system for quality and final inspections

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed technical education that provides you with the necessary foundation

• Hands-on mentality and practical experience from production - you know how it works

• Business fluent German skills for daily communication

• Leadership experience or willingness to motivate and develop a team

• Organisational talent and an eye for the big picture

• Desire to not only manage processes but actively shape and improve them
