Role:
Our client is an internationally active industrial and technology company with demanding production processes. In this key role, you are responsible for production planning, optimise processes and key figures, and lead a small planning team both professionally and personally.
Responsibilities:
Plan production programmes and ensure delivery readiness
Identify bottlenecks and optimise capacities and throughput times
Further develop processes, interfaces, and planning key figures
Drive digitalisation and automation of planning
Lead, develop, and coach a small planning team
Initiate and implement Lean and KVP projects
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with further education in production planning, SCM or business administration
Several years of experience in industrial production planning
Proven leadership experience in a production environment
Very good knowledge of SAP as well as modern analysis and planning tools
Experience with Lean, KVP and project management
Very good German and good English skills
