Our client is one of the leading national providers of complete solutions in the areas of cooling, air conditioning and cold room construction with a strong presence in industrial food processing, the pharmaceutical industry and gastronomy.
For the location in Thurgau, we are looking for a lively, cheerful and motivated person to strengthen the accounting and HR department, starting immediately or by arrangement.

• You independently manage the cash book, process payment runs and take care of accounts payable
• You actively participate in the annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
• You support the management of the general, subsidiary, nominal and fixed asset accounting
• You are responsible for personnel administration as well as payroll
• You maintain master data and occasionally perform general administrative tasks

• You have completed commercial training and have several years of experience in accounting and payroll processing
• It is advantageous if you have further training as an accounting/trust clerk
• You are proficient in MS Office programmes and have experience with Abacus
• You possess good German skills and ideally English skills
• You are an independent, communicative, proactive and team-oriented personality with a strong customer focus
• You show initiative and actively contribute your ideas for further development
