IT Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Participation in the workplace team with a focus on 2nd-level support and technical customer support.
Ensuring ongoing IT operations as well as performing regular maintenance and technical service deployments.
Support in IT projects around modern Microsoft technologies and digital workplace solutions.
Ensuring stable operation of managed services and individually configured IT environments.
Identifying optimisation potentials and actively contributing to improving service quality and internal processes.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or several years of professional experience in a comparable IT role.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune and workplace management, ideally complemented by experience with Microsoft 365.
Independent, reliable and customer-oriented working style with a strong interest in modern IT workplace solutions.
Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
Willingness to take on on-call duties as well as residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter.
