Exciting tasks await:
- Preparation for hearings (drafting minutes, settlements, calculation tables, etc.)
- Minute-taking and participation in court hearings, hearings, inspections, etc., as well as follow-up
- Independent drafting of judgments (in dispositive form, with reasoning) in all proceedings of criminal, civil, and child and adult protection law
- Clarification of legal questions
- Participation in proceedings of the coercive measures court
- Activity and contact person for questions in the area of inheritance law and debt enforcement and bankruptcy law
What you bring:
- Completed law degree (lic. iur./MLaw) or close to completion
- Interest and ability to engage in solution-oriented work on complex legal issues
- Precise, efficient, reliable and independent working style
- Quick comprehension and good drafting skills with very good German language skills
- Experience in courts, administration or law firms is an advantage
- Team spirit and resilience
