Corporate Lawyer & Compliance

In this versatile role, you will provide your legal expertise to the various departments of the organisation while actively participating in compliance, risk management, and governance initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Advise internal teams on various legal matters related to the organisation's activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate different types of contracts and agreements.
• Ensure the follow-up of the contract approval and signing process.
• Participate in regulatory compliance and risk management activities.
• Contribute to updating internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and governance requirements.
• Monitor legal cases in collaboration with external counsel.
• Participate in managing the portfolio of trademarks and intellectual property.
• Prepare legal notes, reports, and analyses for management.
• Raise awareness and advise employees on best practices in compliance.

Your profile

• Master's degree in Swiss law or equivalent training.
• Bar admission is a real asset.
• Several years of proven experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, business law, and compliance.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with common IT tools.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
