Your daily life with us

• Provide residents with quality care, respecting safety, comfort, and the ethical rules of the profession
• Actively participate in the team’s services by following work instructions
• Communicate care-related information and contribute to continuity of care
• Supervise new colleagues and trainees
• Encourage residents’ participation in recreational activities
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules as well as proper use of equipment
• Maintain a relationship of listening, respect, and empathy, including in crisis or end-of-life situations

Your profile

• A health auxiliary certificate (CRS), a federal certificate of proficiency in care and support assistance (ASA) or equivalent diploma, or experience as a nursing assistant
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, and true team spirit
• Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, respect, empathy
• Sensitivity to the needs and expectations of elderly people and their relatives
• Experience in a care home is an advantage
