The Reception & Housing Sector

The Reception & Housing sector's mission is to accommodate people with disabilities in a residential setting. It includes all user services, from admission to the departure of residents, ensuring the creation, maintenance, and development of the quality of life of the people accommodated in all their daily non-professional activities by providing them with living spaces adapted to current lifestyles, offering medical and comfort care, proposing daily individual and/or group activities, entertainment, and regular or occasional events.

The Role and Responsibilities

You are motivated to:

• Support adult residents in their daily lives and care
• Contribute to the implementation of the residents’ personal life plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Take an active part in the Foundation’s projects

The Profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an ASE or ASSC and have experience in educational care.
• You are interested in the field of disability and in support within a living environment.
• You are ready to share your knowledge within an interdisciplinary team.
• Rigor, enthusiasm, and a sense of responsibility are among your professional qualities.
• You hold a driving licence.
