Job Description
In close collaboration with the head chef and sous-chefs, you independently manage your production station and actively participate in the preparation of meals for patients, doctors, as well as the dining areas dedicated to private clients. You ensure compliance with recipes, presentation standards and nutritional requirements specific to a prestigious establishment. You rigorously apply hygiene and food safety standards, contribute to the good organisation of the kitchen and help maintain a recognised level of excellence on a daily basis.
Profile Sought
With a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a cook or equivalent training, you have proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end establishment, a 4 or 5-star hotel, a gourmet restaurant or a private clinic of standing. Organised, rigorous and possessing an excellent team spirit, you appreciate structured environments where quality takes precedence over quantity.
